Additional Meals

Your registration includes breakfast, lunch and dinner FOR YOU during the conference. You have the option to purchase additional meals for guests who would like to join you during meals.

These Pre-Conference Workshops Are Completely Optional And Come With An Additional Fee.

SUMMARY: Inside us, food does three things: (1) fuels for energy, (2) builds matter, (3) conditions physiology.

 

Our macronutrient focus (carbs, proteins, fats) for fueling, building, and weight loss/gain is the prevailing diet and nutrition narrative in our culture. However, it is the “Conditioning” function of (nutrient-dense) foods that offer more results. MICROnutrient advantages are a blind spot for most.

 

Performance (deep inside you) is needed along the entire spectrum of physiological states (poor to peak… patient, pregnant, pedestrian, to pro athlete). SUMMARY: Emerging patient care delivery models are successfully providing a viable ecosystem for the delivery of nutrition and lifestyle interventions that leads to improved patient outcomes and clinician reimbursement.   Dr. Padmaja Patel, ACLM President-Elect, will discuss the benefits and challenges of each of the scientifically validated models such as Shared Medical Visits, identify and unpack key strategies for implementation in practice, highlight the most important tools and resources, and share time- tested wisdom from her extensive experience in reimbursement models in healthcare and lifestyle medicine.

1. Record my likeness and/or voice on a video, audio, photographic, digital, electronic or any other medium, and to edit such recordings at the discretion of THE PLANTRICIAN PROJECT.

2. Use my name and testimonial in connection with the recordings.

3. Publish, reproduce, copyright, exhibit, display, distribute, and otherwise use the recordings and testimonial, or any portion thereof, in all forms and media including composite or modified representations for any lawful purpose that THE PLANTRICIAN PROJECT, their carefully screened, selected and approved media partners and those acting pursuant to their authority, deem appropriate, including advertising, trade and any commercial purpose throughout the world in perpetuity.

I understand and agree that all such recordings, in whatever medium, shall remain the property of THE PLANTRICIAN PROJECT, and that they may copyright material containing the recordings. I further understand and agree that no advertisement or other material need be submitted to me for any further approval. I waive any right to inspect or approve the manner in which the recordings are used, or any printed matter that might be used in connection with the recordings.

I release THE PLANTRICIAN PROJECT, their carefully screened, selected and approved media partners and those acting pursuant to their authority from any and all claims or liability that may arise in connection with any such use of my likeness and/or voice or the exercise of the rights granted herein, including any claims of defamation, invasion of privacy, or infringement of moral rights, rights of publicity, copyright, or other personal or proprietary right.
