SUMMARY OF THE AGREEMENT BELOW: The agreement below states that you acknowledge the fact that we will be live-streaming and video recording the 2024 International Plant-based Nutrition Healthcare Conference, that it is mainly our intent to film the presenters/presentations and that you MAY be caught on camera – especially during wide shots of the entire room.

By completing your registration and leaving the “I AGREE" box checked, I acknowledge and hereby give THE PLANTRICIAN PROJECT (TPP) – dba International Plant Based Nutrition Healthcare Conference – their carefully screened, selected and approved media partners and those acting pursuant to their authority, the right and permission to:

1. Record my likeness and/or voice on a video, audio, photographic, digital, electronic or any other medium, and to edit such recordings at the discretion of THE PLANTRICIAN PROJECT.

2. Use my name and testimonial in connection with the recordings.

3. Publish, reproduce, copyright, exhibit, display, distribute, and otherwise use the recordings and testimonial, or any portion thereof, in all forms and media including composite or modified representations for any lawful purpose that THE PLANTRICIAN PROJECT, their carefully screened, selected and approved media partners and those acting pursuant to their authority, deem appropriate, including advertising, trade and any commercial purpose throughout the world in perpetuity.

I understand and agree that all such recordings, in whatever medium, shall remain the property of THE PLANTRICIAN PROJECT, and that they may copyright material containing the recordings. I further understand and agree that no advertisement or other material need be submitted to me for any further approval. I waive any right to inspect or approve the manner in which the recordings are used, or any printed matter that might be used in connection with the recordings.

I release THE PLANTRICIAN PROJECT, their carefully screened, selected and approved media partners and those acting pursuant to their authority from any and all claims or liability that may arise in connection with any such use of my likeness and/or voice or the exercise of the rights granted herein, including any claims of defamation, invasion of privacy, or infringement of moral rights, rights of publicity, copyright, or other personal or proprietary right.

I understand and agree that THE PLANTRICIAN PROJECT is under no obligation to make any use of the recordings or the rights granted herein.

Cancellations received in writing on or before Friday, August 23, 2024, will be refunded full registration fee, less a 15% administrative fee. No refunds will be issued thereafter. Substitute participants will be accepted. Please email

All registrations received after Friday, August 23, 2024, are non refundable. Eligible promotions/discounts need to be redeemed during the initial registration process and within the scheduled timeframe of that promotion/discount. Once the registration process is completed, promotions/discounts will not be honored retroactively.

Also, promotions/discounts cannot be combined — one per registration. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding. At its discretion and for any reason, The Plantrician Project reserves the right to deny registration to any potential attendee as well as to revoke any completed registration.
